Saturday February 3rd - 4pm to 6pm afternoon community event to celebrate Word Wetlands Day. Come along and find out more about the creeks, and wetlands, in your area and how you can get involved in Creekwatch.
This event celebrates signing of the Convention on Wetlands, an international treaty for the conservation and wise use of wetlands. Wetlands are a precious natural asset, critical globally for water and food security, reducing the impacts of flood and storm surges, storing carbon and providing wildlife habitat.
