Warringine Park in Bittern is a conservation park on the Mornington Peninsula which provides a quiet recreational area and walking tracks through beautiful wetland areas. These water rich areas provide critical habitat for birds, frogs and invertebrates, creating a healthy biodiveristy.
Pressures from increaed recreational use and overdevelopment can cause stress to these fragile ecosystems.
Join us to help show our appreciation of these iconic areas by maintaining their environmental integrity. You may also enjoy a bit of bird watching while you're at it!
Activities for this project will include invasive weed removal and litter collection.
