The Whaka-Ora Pest Project is a WhakaraupÅ (Lyttelton Harbour) wide project aimed at bringing community together to care for and enhance the biodiversity of the harbour through pest animal trapping on a landscape scale.
This project is in its early stages so we are focusing on building a volunteer database. To keep volunteers engaged as we get things moving, we will be holding small events such as trap building workshops.
