Wandiyali is a private nature reserve out on the edge of Canberra. With picturesque views over Parliament House and Black Mountain, Wandiyali is a site of great of ecological value.
The natural environments at Wandiyali include nationally critically endangered Box Gum Grassy Woodland and Derived Native Grassland, and nationally endangered Natural Temperate Grassland of the Southern Tablelands of NSW and the ACT.
These ecosystems are incredibly rare and need our help, so we will be planting trees and shrubs to care for these important ecosystems, create habitat for local birds and animals, and reduce pollution.
What you can expect:
-Tree planting
-Sweeping views
-Being out in nature with nice people
-Recognition of your efforts
