Join us for a day supporting the local Community Hub, who is working hard towards restoring and protecting the Manutewhau Stream.
The Manutewhau Stream is a very important stream that flows into the Waitemata Harbour. Sadly, we have found lots of litter on this site which has a direct impact on the health of the Awa.
Help us cleaning up the Stream, we will have a Wai Care info-tent where we will share some information about water testing, the Stream’s Health and how our daily activities are related and connected to the Awa.
Free transport to and from our office at 10 New North Road, Eden Terrace. (contact us to book a place in our van).
CVNZ is working with Wai Care and Manutewhau Community Hub, whom vision is to create a welcoming place for everybody to connect in the community, to share awareness about the environment and clean up the Stream.
