The Tyrendarra streamside reserve is a picturesque high profile site located where the Fitzroy River meets the Princes Highway. The reserve is predominantly used as a rest area for travellers on short breaks. By working with Glenelg Hopkins CMA, Conservation Volunteers hope to restore the indigenous riparian woodland and grassland community.

This is an exciting project as volunteers will have a chance to have a direct impact on strengthening the unique vegetation community of the reserve.
