Connect and grow with a planting day beside the beautiful Styx Paharakekenui River. We will work alongside CCC park rangers to restore the riparian margins of this special waterway. Volunteering in parks is the perfect way to fit the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ into your life, so come join us!
Today we'll be helping CCC ranger Alice planting and maintaining the Turners Rd Planting site.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes or boots, and gardening gloves if you have them.
Gloves and tools will be provided. We will also provide morning tea.
We'd love to see you there, so please register below. Contact Donna (dlusby@cvnz.org.nz) 021 457 568 for more information.
