Te Rito Gardens is a Social Enterprise Cooperative growing organic food and native plants. Join us for a day propagating plants in the nursery and help this fantiastic initiative thrive!
What to wear/bring: Sturdy boots are essential, long sleeves, and long trousers. Ensure you pack warm clothes such as a jacket, beanie, jumper and a rain jacket to protect you against wind and rain. Bring a full water bottle and snacks!
What we provide: an experienced team leader, training, gloves and tools.
You do not need any experience to join this activity, just a willingness to get your hands dirty! Free transport to and from Wellington or Porirua City Centre is available - contact us to arrange a pick-up as spaces are limited.
