Our Wild Places Program conserves, restores, rehabilitates and manages land including land owned by Conservation Volunteers or land owned by the community including parks and reserves. Of particular focus is the conservation of remnant reserves of native vegetation and the ecological corridors which link these reserves, allowing flora and fauna to move between suitable patches of habitat.
The Vellgrove Ecological Corridor project site is located in Parkwood and bordered by Vellgrove Ave and Roe Highway. The site is in its ninth year of restoration. Come and join us for a day out in this beautiful bushland where we will be assisting SERCUL with in-fill planting in the area.

We offer conservation programs across Australia which enable volunteers to protect, preserve and restore the Australian environment. Projects take place in urban, regional and remote areas, and include tree planting, seed collection, weed control, flora and fauna surveys, building tracks and trails, fencing, and heritage restoration.
