Would you like to spend a day outdoors, giving back to the community and working towards conservation goals? Then Conservation Volunteers needs your help! This is an internationally recognised area for birds, found just south of the city of Sale. It is home to many species of resident and migratory birds, and a haven for many other native animals. Come get involved as we look after this special natural area with bird surveys, track maintenance, and weed removal. Sure to be a fun day out!
Sunday the 2nd of July will be our last time out at Sale for a while, so Sale Lions Club is going to say thank you to all our volunteers by throwing A FREE BBQ LUNCH on the day!
Please email gippsland@cva.org.au if you would like free transport to and from Traralgon train station (available upon request).

We offer conservation programs across Australia which enable volunteers to protect, preserve and restore the Australian environment. Projects take place in urban, regional and remote areas, and include tree planting, seed collection, weed control, flora and fauna surveys, building tracks and trails, fencing, and heritage restoration.
