The Friends of Patawalonga Creek have been restoring the creek through seed collecting, planting, weed control and surveys. This site is a refuge for aquatic life including tortoises, frog and waterbirds. The creek site includes the last stand of Melalueca in the area, and a significant species of bluebush. This site has had fantastic changes over the years thanks to Friends of Pat Creek and CVA volunteers - many of the areas now becoming important havens for local fauna and flora.
If you book and are unable to attend on the project day please let us know so we can offer the place to another person.
