NCCMA Native Fish Revegetation Project
The Native Fish Recovery Plan has a clear aim; to restore native fish populations and waterway health in the Central Murray system in northern Victoria.
Our magnificent river and wetland system in Northern Victoria is home to iconic species like the Murray Cod and the Golden Perch or Yellow Belly.
Revegetation alongside waterways is a crucial component of river health and on this project you will get to plant an array of tree and understorey species that supports biodiversity and filters comtaminants before they get to our waterways.
