This tour supports Tidbinbilla’s endangered species wildlife conservation programs for the endangered Northern Corroboree Frog, the Brush-tailed Rock-wallaby and Eastern Bettong.
ITINERARY:
9.30am – Meet at the Visitor Information Centre, Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve and be welcomed by your local guide.
9.45am – Depart on the guided 4WD adventure of Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve. The tour includes exclusive access to ‘Nil Desperandum’ tucked away in the Tidbinbilla, and visits either Camels Hump or Gibraltar Rocks – both significant local landmarks. Your guide will share their local knowledge on the natural, cultural and historic values of the nature reserve as you encounter key points of interest and wildlife. Along the way we enjoy a morning tea break of cold drinks, a warm cuppa (tea or coffee) and snacks.
12.30pm – Tour concludes at the Visitor Information Centre.
Optional: why not bring your own lunch with you and enjoy more of Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve at your leisure? A BBQ and picnic area available within the reserve.
