Come and join us at Lockyer Valle s we treat Cat's Claw Vine! This invasive plant easily spreads during rain events and smothers riparian vegetation, causing erosion and the decline of critical habitat for threatened species such as glossy black cockatoos and koalas. This project is a great way to network and gain hands on skills for a career in conservation while making a real difference to our environment.
Remember to pack long pants, long sleeved shirts, enclosed shoes, a hat, sunglasses, a sleeping bag, pillow and torches.
CVA would like to thank Lockyer Valley Regional Council for funding this project through their Community Environmental Grants Program.
