Up for a rewarding challenge?
Conservation Volunteers has the project for you! This project will include some 'hard yakka' work to rejuvenate a bund wall in Hay Point. Although previously cleared, CVA has been working hard to revegetate the site to provide native wildlife with a space of refuge as well as work as a buffer between local residents and the nearby Coal Terminal.
Conservation Volunteers Australia are looking for people passionate about making a difference in the environment and able to lend a hand as we rehabilitate these beautiful areas.
Volunteers need to bring and wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, boots or sturdy shoes, and a broad-brimmed hat. It is also recommended that volunteers bring and use sun-screen (30+) and tropical-strength insect repellent.
Hope to see you there!
