Join us for a magical evening where stories of Clarendon Estate really come to life. Clarendon Estate is a spectacular three story Regal Georgian house built in 1838, located near Evandale Tasmania. Since being handed over to the National Trust in 1962 the house and property have undergone significant conservation works and this event is about celebrating these efforts.
Help us to take guests on a pre-dinner tour of the parklands where we will be using period costume to create some atmosphere and re-enact some spicy scenes of the times. Some key volunteers will be providing live music in the house while we will be there with moral support as well as being the butlers, convicts, servants etc. and providing house tours.
This is a unique volunteering experience and we would love to make a grand statement with this event, so please come and be involved. Guaranteed to be memorable and uniquely Tasmanian!
