Squirrel Gliders are a wrist-winged gliding marsupial that inhabits wet eucalypt forests in South East Queensland. Unfortunately threats including habitat loss, fire and predation by cats is resulting in population declines for this species.
Come and join the team as we improve habitat for squirrel gliders in Gold Reserve, Bracken Ridge by removing weeds and planting fire retardant vegetation species to increase habitat availability and resilience in Brisbane. Please meet at the CVA Brisbane Office at 7:50am for transport and 9am if you are meeting the team on site.
