Squirrel Gliders are a wrist-winged gliding marsupial that inhabits wet eucalypt forests in South East Queensland. Unfortunately threats including habitat loss, fire and predation by cats is resulting in population declines for this species.
Come and join the team as we improve habitat for squirrel gliders in Gold Reserve, Bracken Ridge by removing weeds and planting fire retardant vegetation species to increase habitat availability and resilience in Brisbane.
