Join local Landcare volunteers with the Greater Sydney Landcare Network to help clear weeds from this special site behind Hawkesbury High School. The site consists of the critically endangered ecological community, Cumberland Plain Woodland and many goannas once lived here. It also has an endangered Greenhood Orchid, an aboriginal site and european heritage infrustructure. The proposed work will be removing weeds thereby improving its quality and resilience, which will help to bring back the animals that used to live here.
If your driving we will meet on site at Hawkesbury High School at 9am
If your using public transport, we will pick up at Windsor train station at 8:30am
