Proudly supported by Gladstone Healthy Harbour Partnership the “Catchment to Coral ReefBlitz & citizen science program” is an ongoing 12 month community educational and action initiative that bring together multiple programs to provide a range of citizen science opportunities and on-ground community action that enhance benefits to people and the environment.
All activities will be community inclusive and highlight the theme of Catchment to Coral Connectivity. The initiative will include specialized citizen science activities such as Marine Debris Surveys and data collection with all data contributing to Reef Citizen Science Alliance member programs.
This annual program will run monthly on a Saturday morning from 8am – 12pm over 12 months. Finishing on the 20thOctober at Wild Cattle Creek with representatives from Tangaroa Blue and Team Turtle CQ . Please contact Team Leader Paula for more information – 0407 982 653
