The Friends of Attadale Foreshore Inc is an active and dynamic group of volunteers restoring the beautiful shoreline of the Swan River in Attadale. The group work with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) in the Alfred Cove Marine Park and the adjacent foreshore Nature Reserve along Burke Drive, and with the City of Melville in the Attadale Conservation Reserve (a Bush Forever site). The Alfred Cove Marine Park in the Swan Estuary is internationally significant for its migratory birds, several of which are protected by the CAMBA and JAMBA treaties.
On this project day Conservation Volunteers will be assisting the Friends of Attadale Foreshore in removing invasive species from a riverine bush site.
(If project is fully booked online call our Perth office on 9335 2777 and one of our friendly staff will help you book onto the project)
