We have partnered with the Rotary Club of Wellington to grow a Forest at the Heart of Wellington. The aim of this project is to restore the native rainforest to the green belt of Te Whanganui a Tara. Volunteers from schools, communities, and corporations helped plant over 60,000 trees over a 4 year period, now we must make sure these seedlings reach adulthood to create new homes for the recovering native animals spreading accross our beautiful city.

Join us for a day (or more) as we return to Mount Victoria on a tree rescuing mission! Engage with nature, gain new skills and meet some local communities!

What to wear/bring: Sturdy boots are essential, please bring eye protection/glasses, long sleeves, and long trousers. Ensure you pack warm clothes such as a jacket, beanie, jumper and a rain jacket to protect you against wind and rain. Bring a full water bottle and snacks!

What we provide: fully trained team leader/s, gloves, tools and training.

Free transport to and from Wellington City centre is available (contact us to arrange a seat with your booking).

REGISTRATIONS ESSENTIAL AS PLACES ARE LIMITED.
