Merseylea and Kimberley are beautiful little spots along the Mersey River. Our team will will be planting native trees and understory plants to re-establish native vegetation after the damage of a severe flood.
The going is relatively easy for planting trees and we will be using special planting tools to assist us. Once the plants are established they will provide habitat for native wildlife and help to secure the riverbanks. So come and contribute to restoring a special river in a special part of Tasmania.
