Nau mai haere mai, Conservation Volunteers New Zealand and Sustainable Coastlines would like to invite YOU to plant a native forest at the heart of Wellington. The Outer Town Belt was once cleared of it's korowai (cloak) of native vegetation to make way for pine trees and grazing. We have partnered with Rotary and Wellington City Council to restore the Town Belt by planting 65,000 native trees which will create a home for native birds, insects and reptiles. We would love to have your help!

This event is limited to 60 people so bookings are essential. Please note this site is steep and requires a moderate level of fitness. Children are welcome but the site is quite steep.
