- Departs from:
- Pioneer Reserve, Fremantle - on the Phillimore Street side, just opposite the train station. You will see other volunteers waiting here and our white Hi-Ace van with CVA logos is easy to spot.
- Departure time:
Perth is home to some of the most pristine beaches in the world. With their crystal clear turquoise waters and clean white sand, our beaches attract crowds of thousands over the summer months. But with increased urban developments, our iconic locations are now under threat from invasion of weed species, decline of native plants and severe erosion from tides, storms and uncontrolled public access.
We will be assisting local Northern and Southern Coastcare groups to regenerate coastal environments through planting, invasive weed removal and general site maintenance.
