Join us at beautiful Carrickalinga Beach and assist to extend the native vegetation of the Normanville dunes, a threatened ecological community. This beach area has a high ecological and recreational value for the local community and tourists, with the reintroduction of native vegetation being important to increase the local biodiversity in an area that is listed with the Australian Heritage Commission and South Australia Heritage.
We will be continuing our work at this site with a follow up to survival counts, removing tree guards and hand weeding to protect the revegation efforts from earlier this year.
