Fremantle is well known for its beaches, heritage buildings and bustling markets, but did you also know that the City of Fremantle is a One Planet Council, focusing on creating places that enable people to live, work and do business within the natural limits of the planet!

Join us as we assist with ongoing efforts to create and link habitats through revegetation plantings and protect remnant vegetation though weed management, as well as support coastal dune maintenance activities.

The City of Fremantle are currently remediating the carpark at Port Beach after the coastal erosion and retreating a small section. Coastal dune will then be created and our team will then assist to stabilise the dune with matting and brushing.

Come along and enjoy the company of like-minded people, and the knowledge that you are contributing to improve our local environment.
