A great way to see the beautiful forests in the Wauchope area while helping improve community access and habitat for native flora and fauna.
Project tasks include track maintenance, tree planting and invasive weed removal.
Sites include: Longworth’s Heritage Tramway, Cascade Walking Track – North Branch and Kerewong State Forest Swans Crossing Camping Area.
We depart Newcastle approx 8am Monday, returning Friday no later than 4pm.
Please bring sleeping bag.
Local volunteers from the Wauchope area can join daily, if so, please bring morning tea and lunch.
