The Belmont Wetlands area is home to some of the most significant wetlands in the state. This project will see areas of the Belmont Wetlands rehabilitated through planting of trees, shrubs and grasses as well as removal of threatening weed species. Restoring this important habitat, home to many species of birds, will enhance biodiversity.
