Conservation Volunteers will be hosting a Welcome Shorebirds Event in partnership with Moreton Bay Regional Council and would like to invite AON staff to join us on this day.
This event will include presentations from members of the research community which will provide information on shorebird biology and ecology as well as talks by council/CVA to educate the community on responsible behaviours while recreating in shared habitat zones.
There will also be a morning tea provided with the opportunity to view shorebirds through binoculars and scopes.
This will be a wonderful event for networking and learning about some of the incredible wildlife we are lucky enough to have in our own back yard, so grab your binoculars and join us for a morning of birding and learning!
