Mount Buckrabanyule Cactus Control Project

Come join you local Conservation Volunteers team as we take on the notorious Wheel Cactus at Mt Buckrabanyule in country Victoria.

Buckrabanyule is an Australian Aboriginal name meaning "Last of the hills" or "Last of the ranges" as it lies at the very end of the North-East extension of the Great Dividing Range.

Conservation Volunteers is joining the Loddod Plains Landcare Network in tackling this weed of national significance through the use of stem injection.

By joining in on this Conservation Volunteers Australia project you will be improving habitat values and biodiversity
