This reserve has been subjected to various impacts over the years including clearing, farming, dumping and severe weed invasion. To help alleviate some of these impacts, work will focus on tree planting and the control of noxious and environmental weeds throughout the site. This project is significant in its protection of Cumberland Plain Woodland as it is estimated that there is less than 9% of this vegetation community left.
Please wear sturdy boots, long pants, and long sleeve shirts. Hats, sunscreen, and water are a must.
