Jericho Wire-grass Endangered Species Planting Project

Come and join your Conservation Volunteers team in helping to conserve the highly endangered Jericho Wire-grass in popluations north of Bendigo in Central Victoria.

Partnering with the Threatened Species Team at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, the project aims to reduce the risk of localised Jericho Wire-grass extinctions by increasing the number of individuals within one small but secure wild population, and establishing two new populations on secure public land reserves in the vicinity of two additional wild populations.

The project is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in a hands on endangered species project.

Call our Bendigo Office today on 0354440777 to get involved in such an important project.
