Come to Baldocks Cave in the Mole Creek Karst National Park - a Tasmanian hidden gem.

Our team will be assisting the Parks and Wildlife Service with ongoing rehabilitation of this cave precinct. We will be concentrating on the removal a fence that was destroyed in last years flood, brushcutting an access track and maintaining a native habitat tree plantation. The tree plantation is important for soil conservation and erosion control and the task is to remove the tree guards from established trees. The site is on varied terrain with some hilly paddocks and flood plains so be prepared for some walking.

Enjoy being part of a team that will make a difference to Tasmanias unique caves.

We will provide transport from Launceston, departing at 8:00am and returning around 4:00pm. Or if you live local you can meet at Mole Creek by prior arrangement.
